In 2015, the UN General Assembly launched the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The agenda is built on the understanding that a sustainable world can only be accomplished when the three dimensions Economy, Ecology and Social Welfare are approached simultaneously. The agenda is broken down in 17 interlinked Sustainable Development Goals.
